£800,000 has been raised by our fundraising heroes. We would like to thank:

  • Holmwood House School, Stuart and Glenys Thackrah, the staff, parents and pupils for their continuing support and outstanding fundraising events
  • Littlegarth School and Uppingham School for their fantastic fundraising efforts on behalf of the Trust
  • Caspar Eccles-Williams and Henry Lewin who organised a charity cycle ride with a number of Adam’s friends in July 2007

  • Alex Henderson who ran the Singapore marathon for the Adam Rogers Trust.
  • The Committee and guests of the Tangerine Ball in 2006 and 2007.
  • Carrie Mackenzie-Smith, Nelly Bishop and the committee and guests who organised a fund raising quiz night and Scottish dancing evening.
  • Alex Kinnear who asked for donations to the Trust in lieu of wedding presents.
  • The Shaikly family, players and supporters at Holmwood House Saturday morning football club.
  • Emily Seddon who ran the Brighton Half Marathon in aid of the Adam Rogers Trust.
  • Sarah Daniels for her fundraising at craft fairs in north Norfolk

  • Simon Thorpe, Elaine Burton and Henry Faire for organising the the Adam Rogers Trust Charity Cycle Ride, which took place on May 18th 2008 and raised over £150,000. To see the pictures click here.
  • William Kennedy, Jim Beasley-Suffolk, Clair Morley, Matt Rule and Elaine Burton for organising the 24 hour 5 a side Football competition which took place at the Beckham Football Academy on September 4th & 5th 2008. This was a fantastic occasion - a big thank you to all who took part (UBS, Zebedee, RWC, Artemis, School Kids, Henderson, Schroders, JP Morgan, GSA, Addenbrookes, Tudor, Bennelong, HBK).   • The David Beckham Academy for generously hosting the football competition, manageress Alison Bullock and her team who helped to make the day such as success.
  • Sarah and Jeff Murdoch who asked for donations in lieu of presents for their 50th birthdays and 25th Wedding Anniversary.
  • Hetty Melrose who asked for donations instead of 12th birthday presents.
  • Adrian Szabo for his invaluable help with our computers and admin.
  • Matt Carr for his help with bookkeeping.
